Seoul, Korea

Last December, I went on an overseas cultural exchange trip with my school to Seoul, Korea. Definitely worth the money & time - I earned precious friendships as well as the beautiful scenery that Korea has to offer (pre-winter autumn leaves, y'know?)

Aaaaand of course, I can't forget to make a scrapbook as a keepsake for this awesome trip. So, here's that!

This is the layout of the very first page that I've made for the trip. I attached a special pocket to the back of the photo such that I can put whatever items, small cards I've received into that "photo pocket".
Then I've also added some handmade party picks & a layered paper rosette for decor.
We were in a fashion district in Daegu City! A pity the time given to shop was really limited :-/
I made a simple paper rosette & layered it with circle diecuts. Also added a touch of glitter to the circumferences of the circle!

I MISS THE KOREAN FOOD. A LOT. This was what I ate on the first day when I arrived in Korea. This plate of stir-fried chicken was so tender and succulent, I can almost taste it in my mouth now...

This page is my personal favourite - because I really enjoyed the stay at Sunbi Village. The weather was extremely cold but the wooden house was really warm and cosy. A really unique experience.
Layout inspiration from http://inacreativebubble.blogspot.sg/2014/07/moments.html
I used washi tape, some heidi swapp accented stickers as well as AC chipboard thickers! (i really love this design)

...And those are the pages that I wanted to share! The rest are for my eyes only. Hahaha.

Hopefully I'll be able to improve more on my layouts and probably layering of embellishments (really suck at it) soon. Maybe not anytime soon, because I'm a busy, busy person.

For now, happy crafting!
